Class Schedule

• Bring a mat (we have one to borrow if you forget)
• Wear comfortable workout clothes
• Bring a water bottle
• Props are not required but are welcome
• A changing room and a shower is available
• Please turn off your cell phone

• Plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and remove your shoes in the entry 

(the door may be locked 5 minutes before the start of class)

• Classes are non-competitive – listen to your own body and modify as needed
• The studio is moderately heated to help loosen your muscles
• Use the practice space as a time for reflection and meditation. 
• Keep conversations outside of the practice room. 
• If you are in the entry while a class is still in practice, please keep conversations at low volume. 
• Respect other people's space and their practice.
