
Unroll your mat for a full body flow of Vinyasa yoga with a fusion of core and cardio. This class will work every muscle, linking breath to movement, one breath to one posture. A true blend of balance, core strengthening, and flexibility. A good practice to come back to for seasoned Yogis and great for beginners. The intensity, sequence, and room temp will vary by instructor.
This class is a perfect combination of a Slow Flow and Yin. Blending breath work, slow movement, and deepening into stretches to bring a balance your day. A great class if you are just starting your yoga journey, took some time away from your mat or just need some stress relief. Class sequence and room temp will vary by instructor.
Yin is a series of holding postures longer that focus on stretching and breathing. This beginner friendly class is designed to alleviate soreness, work the connective tissues in your body and give your mind a well deserved moment of reflection. Similar to Restorative Yoga, Yin gives your mind a break while deepening stretches.
A unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.
The 26-pose series is taken from Hatha Yoga, and the sequence is the same each class. The instruction is very beginner-friendly. While more advanced versions of each pose are introduced, all are possible for true beginners to take on, even those who aren't very flexible. Very warm room, 95+ degrees
Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in school-age children. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and confidence in children. Classes will be offered for groups 5-7 yrs, 8-11 yrs, and 12-15 yrs.
This beginner’s series is a great place to start your yoga journey.
Will be offered in a group of classes that each build off the other. Usually 4 - 6 classes.
Learn about breath work and how to use your breath to move through the sequence of poses called Sun Salutations. We’ll also learn the Warrior poses and practice some balancing postures. We’ll practice mindfulness, and connecting breath with movement.
Students are encouraged to relax and work at their own pace in a safe and non-competitive environment. We will use fundamental building blocks to enable students to explore the postures correctly, safely and to their own ability before bringing it all together into a Vinyasa, a breath-connected sequence. No heat for this beginner class.
